☽ Hand-thrown out of porcelain clay on the pottery wheel, trimmed, and refined with a delicate foot.

☽ Decorated with a thick layer of colored porcelain slip, baroque scrollwork reliefs and pink clay star dust, and a metallic 22k white gold lustered snake.

★ Care: Hand wash only. Do NOT microwave (due to the real 22k gold metallic luster).

☾ Throwing porcelain on the wheel requires a highly meditative, precise kind of patience. As a moon lover (shout out to all the cancer risings), I’ve always been drawn to the classic Moon Jar form. It’s an individual study in balance, soft curves, and the quiet beauty of a clean porcelain clay body. From the initial wedging and wheel-throwing to the final glaze firing, this piece was crafted entirely by my hands in my studio.
