All pieces are packed with extreme care using recycled or recyclable materials whenever possible to ensure they survive their journey.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, I no longer have control over transit times or delays.

Because each piece is handmade and individually crafted in small studio batches, all sales are final, and I am unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Ceramics: Hand-thrown porcelain and stoneware will naturally carry tiny variations in shape, size, glaze pooling, and color. These are not flaws—they are the beautiful, unique marks of the wheel and the high-firing kiln process.

Leather: Full-grain and vegetable-tanned leathers naturally carry unique markings, creases, scratches, and tonal variations from the hide. These characteristics are part of the material's authenticity and are disclosed in each listing.
Damaged Items
Your experience and happiness matter deeply to me. If your order arrives broken, damaged, or with a major issue, please reach out to me at tiffanytangstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging, and I will gladly work with you to make it right.
